Sugary bliss at Dylan Patisserie

Sunday, June 23, 2024

After having a dinner at Gianetto, we headed to Dylan Patisserie. The hardest part about dining here is deciding. I was overwhelmed in the best way because there are so many choices. It took me a good 5-10 minutes before I was able to decide.

Their branch in Parqal is huge without feeling cramped. It is spacious and perfect for meet-ups because you can have your own space.

Classic Opera (P230)
Their take on it was alright, but I've had a better Opera cake elsewhere, for sure.

Blueberry Macaron (P70)
I expected this to be on the tarty side but it turned out be a happy medium.

Salted Caramel Éclair (P120)
This has my seal of approval too. It had a nice peanut butter and caramel combo, without being too heavy.

Hazelnut Praline (P230)
The Hazelnut Praline was sublime — like a denser, smoother ice box cake. The hazelnut flavor was totally Ferrero vibes.

The items in the display chiller are merely for display which is why there were some items on display that were actually not available.

All the pastries in this display are real. Haha

Retail products were also available for take home and gifting.

They serve savory dishes too and it’s something I hope to try too. Dylan Patisserie is perfect if you're craving indulgent desserts that hit the spot. NGL, had a mini-sugar crash after but it was worth it.
