Siargao famous Kermit made their way to Manila and opened Italian restaurant --- Grifoni’s. Their first branch is located in BGC with the second one popping in the Podium Mall in Mandaluyong.
I found this brand online. The almonds I used to get from the grocery was P496.50 for 400 grams. Quero Nuts is P270 for 500 grams. I like that it comes in different weights – 100g, 250g, 500g and 1 kg so you can sample it first by purchasing the 100-gram version. This is not as salty as the grocery brand which I prefer. It is also in straight forward packaging. Mine was in the original packaging for 2 weeks and it lasted fine. If you’ll get the big sizes and it will stay long in your pantry, you may want to transfer to another container.
Truth be told everything we ordered was pretty good which is not surprising since the owner Chef Vina is Vietnamese. I adore Viet food for its balanced flavors without being too rich. My trip to HCMC many years ago made me like vegetables because of the Vietnamese food we devoured.
