I found another friendly and unpretentious slow bar, this time in Silang, Cavite. 

Himawari Specialty Coffee is a hidden gem for coffee lovers. No flashy iced drinks here, just incredible pour-over coffee sourced from all over the globe. I stepped out of my iced coffee comfort zone to try their roasted blends. It’s a cosy no-nonsense spot with baristas that are well versed in coffee and happy to help you find the cup for you. This is a place I’d visit often if I lived nearby.
