Dinner and Drinks at Alamat Filipino Cuisine Poblacion

I know there are a lot of newer places in Poblacion but I opted to revisit a pre-pandemic fave in Alamat Filipino Cuisine. Friendly service, good food, awesome drinks, and good convo as usual.  Don’t forget to ask about their happy hour deals, it changes every day. 

Must Trys: Ube Cake, Rootbeer Float, Beer Sampler, Pares Quesadilla, Poblechon Sisig, Garlic Rice (yes, it deserves a mention)

Pares Quesadilla (P420 sharing, P250 solo)
Pulled pares beef, cheese, calamansi crema, chili garlic
Poblechon Sisig (P375)
Lechon belly, pork ears, egg, red onion, green chili

Ube Cake (P275)
Nutty, creamy and not too sweet

Rootbeer Float (P295)
Rum, sarsaparilla, banana foam
