Manila sunsets just hit differently. We had front row seats and reserved a table at Encaramada Roof Top Bar at Tryp by Wyndam. In a nutshell, the view was worth the visit. The food and drinks were average though so a one-time trip to Encaramada should be enough.
Best time is to go is now before the rainy season.
