All day drinking and dining at Cache Coffee & Cocktails

Are you looking for an only-in-Ortigas spot? Hear me out and give Cache Coffee & Cocktails a visit.

They’re open from breakfast until late evening and I’ve had lunch, dinner, and drinks here already. It’s a cosy corner café refuge in the busy city soaking in sunlight with its view of greenery.  I keep coming back for their food and drinks. To be honest their food isn’t fancy or particularly unique. These are dishes that you would find in other places but it is comforting. You know how on some days you want something familiar and you know it’s goona be good? That’s how Cache is for me. 

Cache Burger with Fries (P325)
A classic burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes served inside a brioche bun. Comes with a side of fries

Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo (P295)
Cream based sauce made with garlic parmesan and topped with chicken thigh fillet

Don’t forget about their drinks! I sometimes drop by to take out coffee from them. I like that their iced coffee is 12 oz with 2 shots of espresso which is the right amount for me. 

Ubeybe It's Cold Outside Latte (P190)
This was a Christmas drink that was adjusted to the Salted Ube Latte for the regular menu. Same ube coffee but now topped with salted cream.

Ube Creme Liqueur, tuba, coconut sugar, Luisita Rum
As for cocktails, the Ube Coco is another reason that sparked my ube obsession and is a MUST TRY.  I love that they have a great selection of cocktails that are Filipino inspired.
