Tagaytay Photo Walk for October

Wednesday, November 02, 2011

Prior to the recent 4 day weekend, work kinda slobbered all over me. Haha So I welcomed the overnight escape to Tagaytay with my Dad’s side of the family. The quick vacation was also the first we’ve had in years. It also was our way of celebrating Lola’s birthday.

This unplanned photo walk had a wonderful mix of blue skies, games for the family and over flowing food. Susmaryosep. Haha I think I gained 2 pounds easily because of the overnight vacation, seriously.

We started the trip by having lunch at Tagaytay family fave, Tootsie’s. It was my Lola’s first time to try out Tootsie’s so we ordered our staples. Don’t worry; I’ll be posting a more detailed blog about Tootsie’s in the next couple of weeks.

Our other meals in Tagaytay were home cooked or home grilled! I don’t have proper food shots because we attacked the food! If I stalled the eating process, my relatives would have killed me. Mwahahaha We had awesome food during our Tagaytay stay.

We played Monopoly Deal and Mahjong! Mwahahaha Note, we can get pretty competitive!

We had dinner at Paseo de Sta. Rosa. The family picked Industry Bar and Restaurant who had exceptionally tasting food.

If they had a branch in Manila, I would visit this restaurant often.

Oh wait! This is a photo walk not a food walk right? Here are some of the beautiful skies that kept me happy on this quick and much needed vacation.

Who wouldn’t want a view like this?

I like how the sun and the shadows slightly hit my dress.

Scenes from Pinecrest – thank you Lord for the BEE-YOO-TI-FUL skies!!!

How did you spend your 4 day weekend? =)
