Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza

Franchise pizza places are abundant in the Katipunan area, for a fill of something different head on over to Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza. From the same people behind Cello’s Doughnuts and Dips is a quaint and relaxed pizza place. I’m a fan of Cello’s Doughnuts and Cello happens to be schoolmate so my friends and went there for lunch to show our support.

Their menu is simple with 6 pizzas:
Margherita (Tomato Sauce, Kesong Puti, Basil)
Bianca Verde (Kesong Puti, Parmesan, Ricotta, Arugula, Basil)
Four Cheese (Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Blue Cheese, Ricotta)
Pepperoni (Tomato Sauce, Kesong Puti, Parmesan, Red Onion, Basil)
Buffalo Chicken (Tomato Sauce, Buffalo Chicken, Mozzarella, Blue Cheese)
Prosciutto (Tomato Sauce, Kesong Puti, Parmesan, Prosciutto, Arugula)

The Bianca Verde

The Prosciutto

We picked the Bianca Verde (P315) and the Prosciutto (P400). Their thin crust pizzas were surprisingly filling – we were stuffed. Each pizza had a strong and distinct taste and we were very happy customers.

My friend told us not to leave Gino’s without trying the Nutella pizza so we did even though we were full. It was sinful, talk about gluttony.

My only wish is that they come up with 2 pizza sizes cos as of now, they only come in one. For a filing good time with quality ingredients, don’t forget to visit Gino’s Brick Oven Pizza.
