Does Crema & Cream Coffee Roasters Deserve Its Spot on the World’s 100 Best List?
Monday, December 01, 2025When a café lands a spot on the 2025 World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops list, expectations are bound to be high. And with so many contenders worldwide, I was curious to see what earned this one a place there.
You’ll find Crema & Cream Coffee Roasters tucked on the second floor of a quiet building in Quezon City. The moment you walk in, the space opens up, bright and airy, filled with the comforting scent of freshly roasted beans. The design leans industrial but feels warm and lived-in. They roast their own beans and serve a mix of classic brews, creative concoctions, and crowd-friendly comfort food.
espresso, orange, cinnamon
This one surprised me in the best way. It had light iced tea vibes, refreshing, balanced, and not too strong. The orange and cinnamon notes came through clearly without overpowering the coffee. I liked that I could taste each element individually and that they blended well together. Bonus points for being outside my usual preference but still something I’d order again.
Berries, strawberry, mango, caramel, orange peel
I don’t usually go for black coffee, but when there’s a chance to try something special, I’m all in. This one had a smooth, light to medium roast with subtle fruity notes. No sugar or milk needed. The quality of the beans really speaks for itself.
smoked salmon, scrambled egg, arugula, dill
Good balance of flavors and textures. The eggs were creamy, the salmon fresh, and the greens added a nice bite. The toast leaned a little dry, but it still worked as a whole.
Golden, crisp, and served with dips that add elevates the usual classic.
Juicy and well-seasoned, though I’ll admit I still prefer the version from Key Coffee.
Generous serving, though the chicken could use a bit more seasoning. The rice was flavorful and helped balance things out.
I missed out on the Apple Pie Aerocano but everything else I had made it clear why Crema & Cream earned its spot. Their coffee is the real star here, the kind you remember long after you leave. The food’s okay, but it’s really the coffee that makes coming here worth it.
