Eating Out Just Got Better — Unlock 50% Off at Bom Gosto
Monday, June 02, 2025Deals like these are sulit and a great opportunity to try new restaurants. Bom Gosto is known for Southern European cuisine. We visited the One Ayala branch on a Mother’s Day Weekend because I adored how spacious and aliwalas it is.
Bom Gosto’s Classic Torrija? 10/10. Don’t miss the Oven-Baked Scallops, Herb-Crusted Barramundi, and Beef Risotto too. Other items featured: Chorizo Croquetas, Smoked Salmon Salad, Shrimp Alredo Pasta, Filet Mignon.
A traditional Spanish dessert made with homemade brioche soaked in milk and cream, caramelized and served with mixed berries jam, chocolate soil, and vanilla ice cream
A classic Italian dessert made of coffee soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, topped with cocoa powder and coffee Anglaise
Chocolate cremeux, caramelized cacao nibs, chocolate ice cream, and tuile
Scallops baked with bechamel, infused with wine and topped with Gruyere cheese
A delectable dish featuring tender, flaky fish filler coated in a blend of fresh herbs, and lemon butter sauce. Served with marble potatoes
Creamy risotto with Italian beef stew topped with shaved parmesan
Smoked-honey salmon with pickled cucumber, beetroot, walnuts, celery, and raisins drizzled with yoghurt and dill dressing
A dish of tender beef medallion with creamy mashed potatoes, truffle bearnaise sauce and beef jus
A rich velvety cream sauce with shrimp bisque, fresh shrimp in linquine noodles
While the desserts at Bom Gosto were definitely a highlight. The rest of the mea? A couple of dishes were great, others not as memorable. Service was a bit slow on a Saturday night, possibly due to being understaffed, but the wait staff were friendly and tried their best. Our total came to P7,600, which felt a little steep for the overall experience, though the 50% promo helped make it more worthwhile.
Would I recommend this to you? Yes, especially if you can avail of the promo and order our faves.
