Sangria, Tapas, and more at Terraza Martinez

If you’re looking for a restaurant with good vibes and even better Spanish cuisine, Terraza Martinez is for you. We planned a girls catch up and it was the perfect spot. We snagged the cozy corner, so it wasn't crowded or noisy.

Terraza Patatas Bravas (P350)
Fried potato, aioli, Spanish paprika and bravas sauce
I know this is a simple dish but this was a flavor bomb and was one of our top appetizers for the night.

Queso Brie Fundido (P895)
Melted Brie cheese with pan seared grapes, roasted garlic, baguette toast

Bombas de Salmon Curado y Trufa (P650)
Profiteroles filled with truffle cheese sauce, cured salmon, honey, Spanish Paprika

Tacos de Pancetta (P320)
2 pcs pan-seared pork belly tacos, mushrooms, spring onion, fresh coriander, pickled onion, Japanese Mayo

Presa Iberico de Cerdo (P1,200)
Seared Iberico pork presa, truffle, mashed potato, carmelized shallots and wild mushrooms, demi-glace sauce

Paella de Chorizo (P1,395)
Homemade chorizo, bomba rice, chicken, Iberian pork ribs, bell pepper, and green beans

Sangria Blanco (P420)
After a few sips I thought it was weak but by the time you finish it - you will feel the alcohol in a good way!

Tarta de Queso Manchego (P350)
Manchego Cheese, Blueberry, jelly, mango
You MUST make room for this. The luscious cheesecake provides a rich background for the fruits.
