Inspired to get out: How to deal when you’re in a rut

Sunday, December 08, 2013

Getting stuck in a rut has happened to a lot of us. It can be a specific situation or a start of a true blue crisis. I’ve been dealing with my own struggles the past years and found myself in several ruts.

If it’s a specific situational rut like being uninspired to write or create, I try different exercises like a change of scenery, making time to flush out the negativity and surrounding myself with inspiration.

This post shares several common “ruts” we find ourselves in. These solutions are practical and are great reminders of what needs to be down. They’re easy enough to follow if you admit you have a problem and chose to do something about it. This link is bookmarked on my computer. Open when needed.
