Night Cap at The Rocket Room

I drink, that’s not a secret. Berenice on the other hand doesn’t drink a lot. So when she invites you to do so, that’s a rare treat and you gotta say yes. On our day of engulfing food and calories, this was our last stop. I’ve been getting a lot of good reviews from friends who approved of The Rocket Room’s drinks. Since this was in BGC, I knew prices would be on the higher scale. 
 
Apples in the Penthouse (P195)
House Made Washington Red Apple Rum, Cinnamon Sugar, Lemon, Honey 

A Girl with Violet Eyes (P225)
A New Kind of Mojito, mixed berries, Apple Rum, Honey, Lychee, lots of Mint

 
I only like paying a premium for anything if it’s worth it. In fairness to The Rocket Room, the drinks we ordered were great. I like the sweet side of cinnamon and my Apples in the Penthouse drink was delish. Since it was just a few inches high, I was able to down in rather quickly. Berenice’s A Girl with Violet Eyes was refreshing and if you’re looking for a long drink, I would suggest this.

Besides their cocktails, I heard they serve great food as well. I’ll try to visit the restaurant again to try their dishes and drink again.
