I’ve been sick the past week and it got me thinking about comfort food. It sucks though that I can’t have my go-to comfort food since I can’t take sweets now. I’ll eat vicariously through you then! I’ve eaten alone at Pancake House just to have my fill of comfort food; that’s how much I love them.

I’ve stuck to 3 dishes on rotation when I visit: Bacon Waffles, Tacos and their Spaghetti with Meat Sauce!
